 Everything Counts

Healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”. It's not just what you eat, but how you eat. Paying attention to what you eat and choosing foods that are both nourishing and enjoyable helps support an overall healthy diet.
You cannot eat whatever you like and stay in good health. So, choose the types of foods that improve your health and avoid the types of foods that raise your risk for such illnesses as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.

Really appreciate your lens on running books, have many to add but doing links is a pain. Anyway, I had been swearing I would put together a bibliography of books on running and you just made that task a lot easier!


Thanks Roy! I have to be honest, I haven't updated that in a while. I was actually intending to break it out into multiple lenses by topic, because the load time would improve and it would be more searchable, but it's fallen rather low on my to-do list of late.

If you ever get your extensive running bibliography up, let me know and I'll link to it in the lens!
