Probably, yes I agree. What happened to you was muscle fatigue. It looks like your muscles were over used because of the activities you had done earlier.

By the way, thanks for the water and banana... I mean the tips! Haha!

I agree with jasmine, your muscles are not used to the work and fatigue, drink a lot of water, and increase your stamina, one notch at a time.
